Size & dimensions

A mailer has more than one measurement.

Compare the exterior, usable interior and sealing flap separately. Padding and the thickness of your contents affect the fit. A flat size is not a capacity guarantee.

The overall size or body size, as stated for that product.

Inside

The usable opening and space for your contents.

Closure

Leave room to fold and press the flap.

Flat poly mailers

Look at unpadded options for soft, non-fragile contents. Check the folded item size before packing.

Bubble-lined mailers

Compare the usable interior dimensions. A bubble lining does not guarantee damage-free shipping.

Paper mailers

Paper exteriors can have plastic bubble or paper padding. Read each product’s construction.

Before you order labels or tape

Printer method comes first

Half-sheet labels for laser or inkjet printing are different from direct thermal fanfold labels. Confirm the exact printer model, feed format and supported size.

Compare each roll

Check tape width, length per roll, core size and the number of dispensers. A refill pack may have no dispenser.

Packaging questions

Does the image show the entire pack?

Some images show a representative bag or a few pieces. The product’s pack count and included-components list define what is supplied.

Are shipping labels and postage included?

Labels, filled parcels and printed postage in demonstrations are not included unless the product’s components explicitly list them. Blank labels do not include paid postage.

Can I return an order?

Request eligible returns within 30 calendar days of delivery. Contact us first for a prepaid label and the correct return address. Read the full return policy.
